About Me

My Story

Since I can remember, I have always loved the outdoors, whether it was capturing insects in the garden to keep as pets or never wanting to stay on the dedicated paths when going for walks. This grew as my parents took me on increasingly interesting holidays such as Thailand and Tanzania instead of the usual local suspects.

Photography started because I became the nominated camera boy on our family holidays once my parents realised I enjoyed the point-and-shoot Lumix and that I seemed to have an eye for it. However, the real journey began in 2022, when my parents got me my first DSLR, the Canon 2000D and the 18-55mm kit lens. I learnt so much about photography, bought various lenses, and tried loads of styles and genres. Now I mostly use my Canon R5 and Sigma 150-600mm for wildlife. Additionally, I learned about photo and video editing to bring my work to life.

Passion? Tick. Camera and technique? Tick. Knowledge about wildlife? This was the area that was lacking, and the third chapter of my journey began in 2026 with a bird identification guide. I am now on a mission to learn as much as I can about the wonderful wildlife, birds and more, we have here in the United Kingdom. I intend on capturing everything I can and bringing those moments and stories back to share with friends and family.
